Thank you to all who participated in the Ohio Choice Inventor's Award competition!

The Invention Convention program is a 501c3 organization offering STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics) curriculum and assemblies to students and school districts throughout the state of Ohio at no charge. Our mission is to foster curiosity, discovery, innovation, and problem-solving skills in students at all levels of education and in professionals through creation and presentation of original work.

The Ohio Choice Inventor's Award is an opportunity for school districts throughout the state of Ohio to nominate and highlight their outstanding students who are using their problem solving skills to innovate and build a better tomorrow!

Our Ohio Choice Inventor's Award Winner will be recognized on stage with a special award at each of our 3 regional competitions this spring. The winner’s school district will receive 50% of all of the funds raised through the Ohio Choice Inventor’s Contest, all remaining funds will be donated to the Invention Convention program and will be used to offer the program to even more Ohio schools in 2016/2017 school year.

How does it work? After a student has been nominated by their school district, you have the opportunity to vote for the most interesting problem you’d like to see solved. Each contributor, or voter, pays $1 per vote.

We believe students are the future and innovation is the result of creativity and imagination coupled with analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Our student inventors have identified some AMAZING problems that they are going to solve this year at our Regional competitions…Join us by spreading the word and voting for the problem you want to see solved by these incredible inventors!
